Hello I’m the Cancellation Policy

Below you’ll find the conditions in force for cancellation. Amounts and percentages are to be paid by you. You can cancel by phone, email or the cancellation form on the booking engine.
Generic terms Non Refundable rate
The customer will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Generic terms (Individual booking)
The customer can cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the commencement date.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the commencement date, the customer has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I’m Local.

Special conditions groups (= every booking with 5 people or more but not the hostel exclusive
If canceled more than 14 days before the commencement date, the customer has to pay 15% of the deposit to Hello I’m Local.
Reservation can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
If canceled or changed 7 days or less before the commencement date, the customer has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I’m Local.

Special conditions renting the hostel exclusive
If canceled 30 days or less before the commencement date, the customer has to pay 50% of the reservation value to Hello I’m Local.
If canceled 14 days or less before the commencement date, the customer has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I’m Local.
A 50% deposit needs to be made to secure your booking.

Hello I’m The Deposit
Coming with more than 5? I require a deposit to secure your booking and in case you don’t show up 15% not non-exclusive bookings and 50% of the reservation value when the hostel is booked exclusively. You can transfer the deposit to my account or provide me your credit card details. Please add date of arrival and name as stated in the reservation in the comment field.
